Um pouco de verdade
Dentro das pupilas
Perdidas em infinitos fictícios.
Ainda estou confuso
Não conheço bem meu próprio mundo!
Fala-se tanto
E nada se faz.
A miséria campeia a passos largos
Oprimindo quem nada tem
Sacrificando quem nada faz.
Algumas palavras
Voando no céu de Brigadeiro,
Esperando o tempo certo
Para tomar de assalto o coração.
Ter esperanças e dar braços a morte,
Sonhar com o mínimo
E entregar-se a má sorte.
Assim caminhamos de encontro a ruína,
Não enxergamos o obvio
Porque somos obtusos, crentes na própria força.
A noite cai sobre nós
E o véu do sono abre novas portas.
A realidade é comum,
Cinza, violenta,
A calçada suja de sangue,
Não comove,
Não aumenta o movimento,
Nos tornamos insensíveis a dor alheia.
Queremos esquecer a miséria,
Não acreditar nas guerras,
Apenas aguardar...
Quem sabe voltar a sonhar um pouco
E apenas tentar
Ser feliz dentro da rotina.

Nightly Routine
A little bit of truth
Within pupils
Lost in fictitious infinities.
I am still confused,
I don't know my own world well!
So much is said,
And nothing is done.
Misery reigns with broad strides,
Oppressing those who have nothing,
Sacrificing those who do nothing.
A few words
Flying in a clear blue sky,
Waiting for the right time
To storm the heart.
To have hopes and embrace death,
To dream of the minimum
And surrender to bad luck.
Thus, we march towards ruin,
We don't see the obvious
Because we are obtuse, believing in our own strength.
Night falls upon us,
And the veil of sleep opens new doors.
Reality is common,
Gray, violent.
The sidewalk stained with blood
Does not move us,
Does not increase the commotion,
We become insensitive to the pain of others.
We want to forget misery,
Not believe in wars,
Just wait...
Perhaps to dream a little again,
And just try
To be happy within the routine.
